What is Sea Moss? 

Sea Moss, also known as Irish Sea Moss or red seaweed, is a type of Seaweed that grows year-round in tidepools and inlets. Sea Moss is an incredible superfood with a wide range of health benefits.

What are the benefits of Sea Moss?

Sea Moss contains minerals that can help the body reduce inflammation & congestion, balance hormones, and regulate blood pressure. These minerals include, but not limited to, Iodine, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese, Copper and Zinc. 

Where does Beyond Bodi Sea Moss come from?

Our Sea Moss is harvested from the pristine ocean in St. Lucia. Sea Moss is a highly regulated industry. All our Sea Moss shipments are inspected and stamped by Ministry of Agriculture on the island and again inspected by Dept of Agriculture when it arrives in the U.S.

Can you use Sea Moss as a face mask?

Absolutely! Sea Moss tightens the skin, minimize pores, while it absorbs all the minerals. Spread a thin layer onto your face and neck. Leave on for 15 - 20 min, rinse off with cool water and pat dry.

Who should not consume Sea Moss? 

Anyone who is sensitive to Iodine or has low blood pressure should not consume Sea Moss. We suggest consulting a Physician before using any of our products.

Does Sea Moss give you energy? 

Yes. Sea Moss contains Iron and can help you have more energy. In fact, Sea Moss contains about 9 milligrams of iron per 100 grams, which means Sea Moss has 9 times more iron than chicken!

Is Sea Moss a Laxative? 

Sea Moss is technically not a laxative; however, the effect of Sea Moss does help to process waste through the body faster.

Can Sea Moss Spoil? How long does it lasts?
Yes. As a natural product made from organic matter (seaweed, a marine vegetable) it is going to deteriorate over time.

What is your shipping policy? 

All items are made to order and can take 2-4 business days for processing. Orders are then shipped within 1-2 business days.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Carriers may include USPS & UPS.

When will my order be ready?

All items are made to order. Orders are processed in the order received and ready within 2-4 business days.

Mon-Thur 11:00-6:30pm, Fri 11:00-2:00pm
